The farewell party – Cheerio 08 for ITbuds was held on March 20 2008. This is a special page to cherish our moments. We tried to include all the moments.

Just like the symposium ellarum vara matten solli… oru valiya ellarum vanthutanga. Thank you for the persons who made everyone to participate.
Let me start writing the story from the beginning. At first we planned to organize farewell for the ITbuds and suggested everyone. There was a long dilemma for the venue whether it is parsons court or maha jothi. Even before the date of farewell the venue was not confirmed. Discussion went as long as possible. There was a bad response from some people. So we were in the mood of canceling the farewell. Then guys convenience and made everyone to come. Even before the day of farewell until 7.30 p.m the venue was not confirmed. Then finally at 7.45 p.m we confirmed the venue as maha jothi. So on the next day(march 20) in a rush we arranged everything. We are not sure that this farewell will go smoothly.
Then we started working from the morning on march 20 2008(even not attended the serious serial test 
) We a team of guys and a team of girls worked to organize the events. We named the farewell as Cheerio ‘08 then we worked for the events. Here come the agenda

We decorated the conference hall and buffet hall. Planned to start the farewell at 5 – 5.30 p.m but due to delay (as usual) we started finally at 6.45 p.m. Started somewhat formally with a prayer song. Then the fun started when we started the events. What a happiness in everyone’s face! That no one has ever seen for the past 4 years. Oruthara vidama ellarayum ootiyachu. Pala unmayhal farewell la veliya vanduruchu Everyone’s speech was awesome and funny. Even people who didn’t appeared in any public speech or seminars came front and delivered a speech that was a great stuff na!
Talking about events. Year by year memories is the first event in which we asked 4 buds to deliver a speech about our memories for every year starting from first year to final year. Lot event is something like friendship game. A guy have to pick a lot which contains girl’s name. He has to describe about the girl with clues without mentioning her name. Remaining guys have to identify that who’s that. Then the girl in the lot have to pick a lot which contains a boy name and have to describe about him and let the remaining girls have to identify that. Then for awards we printed unique and funny name for each guy and girl and printed them in our autograph banner photo print. In open talk anyone can come and talk about their college memories. Let’s have a look at the pictures first and let me describe the remaining story.

You might able to feel the fun, happiness, success we had during the farewell just by seeing the pictures. Such an incredible enjoyment we had. No one will have negative opinion regarding this. I’m 100% sure about that. Normally in farewell everyone feel a lot and even cry. But we don’t want make everyone feel like that. We wanna send-off everyone with lot of smiles in eyes rather than tears. Thanks to karthik and prakash for such a funny multimedia.
Kadaisi varaikum unity… unity nu try panni mudiama, symposium motho naal annaiku ellarum unity kamchanga, athey mathiri farewell leyum vara matten, vara matten solli kadasilla vandhu ellarum unity ya kamichuthanga. I will say that this is our strength. The strengh of ITbuds.

Thanking one and all again. Thanking for showing unity at last. This success came due to the Team(Together Everyone Achieves More) work. Yes the Team ITbuds work made it. We are very proud to say that we are the first to organize the farewell than any other dept having both section students with a unITy. We wish this happiness should be forever to everyone. We’ll try to conduct a get together every year on the same date (March 20) or that near by week end.
Hope this may be the last new page that we are adding in our blog.
May all these buds blossom at wherever they planted.
